How it Works:
- When you book a strategy call, your payment acts as a commitment deposit.
- If you show up to your scheduled call, your payment will be refunded in full—regardless of whether or not you decide to work with us afterward.
- If you do not attend the call without prior notice, the payment is non-refundable. This ensures we protect our time and reserve spots only for those who are serious about moving forward.
Rescheduling Policy:
- Life happens. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to keep your deposit refundable.
- Last-minute cancellations or repeated no-shows may forfeit your refund eligibility.
Processing Times:
- Refunds are issued immediately after your call. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
